I am a Ph.D. candidate working with Drew Coleman in the Isotope Geochemistry Lab.  My main interest is in reconciling the observations of pluton science with the magma evolution models used in volcanology.  I am also interested in the relationship between U-Pb and Ar-Ar geochronology of volcanic phenocrysts.  Currently, I am dating zircons for a thermal history of the Organ Needle Pluton, New Mexico, and I am studying zircons from zoned ignimbrites from the San Juan Volcanic Field, Colorado, using CA ID-TIMS U-Pb geochronology.
