I am currently working with Professor Jose Rial on paleoclimateology with a focus in synchronization. Using this relatively new area of geophysics, I am investigating the possibility of creating a climate map showing linked but geologically distant patterns, starting with the polar regions. This study is largely based on analysis of data from ice and sediment cores, relating directly to the movement of the ice caps over the last 5 million years.
